Japanese luxury brand officially confirms Indian entry in 2013
LEXUS, a SUBSIDIARY company owned by Toyota, will introduce its luxury cars in India next year.
These luxury saloon, sportscars and SuVs will be available in exclusive Lexus showrooms that the Japanese company will establish by the end of this year.
the company’s executives have conducted extensive and exhaustive market surveys and undertaken research to chalk out the most appropriate models for India. the biggest hurdle for the company would be to competitively price its cars as initially they would be brought in as completely built-up units (Cbu) and, as such, attract high taxes and duties.
Leaked Pics Of Lexus LF-Lc
This is wHat the future of Lexus could look like. these are the leaked images of the new Lexus LF-Lc, which is slated to be unwrapped at the 2012 detroit auto show later this month.
the Lexus is exploring a fresh design expression, although it persists with the L-Finesse design language. this shows a modest progression.
The spindle grille, new snout and elongated bonnet are the highlights of this concept. this hybrid will house a hybrid powertrain under the exaggerated bonnet. this Japanese stand will surely have some keen european eyes scanning it closely during the auto show.
